Book Your AAFA Art Party

I acknowledge and agree that participation in any party, event, class, activity, or use of the facilities, materials, tools, and equipment of American Academy of Fine Arts LLC (“AAFA”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, minor cuts, allergic reactions, and other injuries associated with art materials, group activities, and studio use, and I voluntarily assume such risks on behalf of myself and any child or children for whom I am legally authorized to provide consent. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, I release and hold harmless AAFA and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents from claims arising from participation in AAFA activities or use of its premises, materials, or equipment, including claims based on ordinary negligence, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived. I authorize AAFA staff to obtain reasonable emergency medical assistance when necessary if a parent or guardian cannot be reached, accept responsibility for resulting medical expenses, and agree to provide accurate information regarding allergies, medical conditions, or other safety concerns. Participants and guests must comply with AAFA rules and staff instructions, and AAFA reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or materially interferes with the event or the safety of others. For cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled event, payments will be refunded less a $100 booking fee; cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, although AAFA may, subject to availability, permit amounts paid to be applied toward a rescheduled event or future AAFA program. Changes to a confirmed event date or time are subject to availability and a $25 rebooking fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, reduced attendance, or unused portions of the reserved event. I authorize AAFA to photograph, video-record, and/or audio-record me and/or my participating child or children and to use such images or recordings, without compensation, for AAFA’s website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other lawful marketing purposes, and I release AAFA from claims arising from such authorized use. I also consent to receive occasional informational and marketing communications from AAFA regarding classes, camps, parties, events, and other programs and understand that I may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. By checking the agreement box and submitting this booking, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these AAFA Party Policies, Acknowledgment of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability, Photo/Media Release, and Communication Consent on behalf of myself and, where applicable, any participating child or children for whom I have legal authority to provide consent.
