What can we bring?
You are welcome to bring birthday decorations, food, cake or cupcakes, drinks, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and goody bags. For safety and easier cleanup, please do not bring piñatas, loose glitter, or confetti.
What does AAFA provide?
AAFA provides the art materials, instructor(s), private studio use during your scheduled party, activity setup and cleanup, a celebration table with tablecloth, an additional table for gifts or goody bags, and a free-draw birthday card station. The studio does not have a refrigerator or microwave available for party use.
Can parents stay?
Parents are welcome to stay during the celebration. Because studio space is limited, we encourage drop-off for older children when appropriate. For children under age 5, the hosting parent may decide whether a parent or guardian should remain.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event are eligible for a refund less a $100 booking fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, but AAFA may allow the amount paid to be applied toward a rescheduled party or future event, subject to availability. Moving a confirmed party to another available date or time is subject to a $25 rebooking fee.
When do we confirm the final headcount?
Approximately two weeks before your party, AAFA will contact you to confirm the final theme, estimated number of children, party time, add-ons, and other important details. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party.
What should guests wear?
Comfortable clothing suitable for art activities is best—creativity can get a little messy!
