Little Creators Art Party
Big creativity for little artists!
Designed especially for preschoolers and young children, this playful party lets kids explore color, make, decorate, and celebrate through age-appropriate hands-on art activities. AAFA instructors guide each project step by step while giving every child room to use their imagination and create something special to take home. The relaxed pace, colorful materials, and creative atmosphere make it a welcoming first art-party experience for young artists.

Clay-tastic Birthday Party
Sculpt. Create. Celebrate!
Perfect for ages 5+, this hands-on clay party lets each guest turn a favorite theme into a colorful 3D creation. Theme options may include Birthday Cupcake, Donut Box, Ice Cream Party, Rainbow Unicorn, Monster Party, Dino Birthday, Shark Splash, and more. With step-by-step guidance from an AAFA instructor, children sculpt, decorate, and personalize their projects, then take home the clay artwork they created themselves.

Canvas Painting Party
Paint. Personalize. Celebrate.
Designed for ages 7 through teens and adults, this painting party turns the celebration into a guided creative experience. Guests choose from fun themes such as animals, ocean scenes, landscapes, space, pop art, sunsets, and more, then follow an AAFA instructor step by step to create a 9 × 12 canvas painting. Each artist can personalize colors, details, and style, and takes home a finished canvas as a keepsake.

Beads & Besties — Bracelet Design Party
Create. Bead. Share. Celebrate!
A colorful, hands-on celebration for ages 7 through adult. Guests design one-of-a-kind bracelets using beads, pearls, letter beads, charms, and decorative details. They can mix colors, spell names or messages, make friendship bracelets, and express their personal style while creating alongside friends. All materials are provided, and an AAFA instructor is there to help throughout the activity.

Wear Your Art — T-Shirt Design Party
Design it. Wear it. Remember it.
Designed for ages 7 through adult, including kids, teens, family gatherings, team events, and adult celebrations. Guests can create colorful characters, custom graphics, matching shirts, names, team themes, inside jokes, or meaningful messages in a relaxed, creative setting. With step-by-step guidance and materials provided by AAFA, each participant takes home a one-of-a-kind T-shirt they designed themselves.

Party policies
Please review these details before booking.
1. Booking & payment
The base party fee is $459 or $499, depending on the party package selected, and is required to secure your date and time. The base package includes up to 10 children. Additional children are $28 each, up to a maximum of 25 children. Any remaining balance for additional participants or add-ons is due 48 hours before the party after the final details and headcount are confirmed. Listed prices include applicable sales tax.
2. Refunds & rescheduling
If you cancel 30 or more days before the event, the payment is refundable less a $100 booking fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, payments are non-refundable; however, the amount may be applied to a rescheduled party or used as credit toward a future event. Moving a confirmed party to another available date or time is subject to a $25 rebooking fee.

4. Party timing
Each party is two hours. A typical schedule includes approximately 10 minutes for a creative warm-up or birthday-card station, 60 minutes for the guided art project, 35 minutes for food, cake, gifts, and celebration, and 15 minutes for cleanup. Families may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to set up. Please stay within the reserved party time so our team can prepare the studio for the next event.
Additional hour: $85. The current Party & Event policy page lists this option only for the 6:00–8:00 PM party, extending the celebration to 9:00 PM.
5. Decorations & food
You may bring birthday decorations, food, cake or cupcakes, drinks, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and goody bags. For safety and easier cleanup, please do not bring piñatas, glitter, or confetti.
AAFA provides one approximately 4.5 × 6 ft celebration table with a tablecloth and an additional table for gifts or goody bags. You may bring your own tablecloth if preferred. The studio does not have a refrigerator or microwave available for party use.
6. Guests & supervision
Parents are welcome to stay during the celebration. Because studio space is limited, drop-off is encouraged for older children when appropriate. For children under age 5, the hosting parent may decide whether a parent or guardian must remain during the party. Guests should wear comfortable clothing suitable for art activities.
7. Final confirmation & communication
Approximately two weeks before the party, AAFA will contact you to confirm the final theme, estimated number of children, party time, add-ons, and any other important details. Questions may be sent to arts@aafa.info. Phone conversations are welcome, but final party details and confirmations should be completed by email so there is a clear written record.
