Little Creators Art Party

Big creativity for little artists!
Designed especially for preschoolers and young children, this playful art party invites kids to explore color, make, decorate, and celebrate through fun, age-appropriate hands-on activities. Our friendly AAFA instructors guide each project step by step while giving every child plenty of freedom to use their imagination and create something special to take home. With a relaxed pace, colorful materials, and lots of creative fun, it’s a perfect first art birthday party for little artists.
Canvas Painting Party
Ages 7 through Adult

Designed for artists ages 7 through teens, this canvas painting party turns every celebration into a creative experience. Guests can choose from a variety of fun themes—including cute animals, ocean scenes, colorful landscapes, space, pop art, sunsets, and more—then follow step-by-step guidance from an AAFA instructor to create their own 9" × 12" canvas painting. Each artist can customize the colors, details, and style to make the artwork uniquely their own, and everyone takes home a finished canvas as a special keepsake from the party.

Beads & Besties- Bracelet Design Party

The Beads & Besties Bracelet Party is a colorful, hands-on celebration where guests can design their own one-of-a-kind bracelets using beads, pearls, letter beads, charms, and fun decorative details. Kids can mix colors, spell names or messages, create friendship bracelets, and express their personal style while crafting alongside friends. With all materials provided and guidance from an AAFA instructor, everyone leaves with handmade bracelet creations and a special keepsake from the celebration.
Clay-tastic Birthday Party

Perfect for kids ages 5+, this hands-on clay party lets every guest turn their favorite theme into a colorful 3D creation. Choose from fun options like Birthday Cupcake, Donut Box, Ice Cream Party, Rainbow Unicorn, Monster Party, Dino Birthday, or Shark Splash, then sculpt, decorate, and personalize each project with guidance from an AAFA instructor. With step-by-step support and plenty of room for imagination, every child leaves with a one-of-a-kind clay masterpiece and a memorable creative experience. Instead of another party favor, every guest leaves with a real piece of art they created themselves.

Wear Your Art — T-Shirt Design Party
Ages 7 through Adult
Starting at $ 499
Perfect for kids ages 7+, teen parties, adult girls’ nights, family gatherings, and team events, this T-shirt design experience lets everyone create something personal, stylish, and fun. Guests can design colorful characters, custom graphics, matching shirts, names, team themes, inside jokes, or meaningful messages while enjoying a relaxed and creative experience together. With step-by-step guidance from an AAFA instructor and all materials provided, each participant leaves with a one-of-a-kind T-shirt they designed themselves — a fun, wearable keepsake from the celebration.
AAFA Party Policies 
We LOVE to party! Thank you for choosing American Academy of Fine Arts to celebrate your child's special day. Here's everything you need to know before the big celebration.
1. Booking & Payment
The $459/$499 base party fee, depending on the party package selected, is required to secure your date and time.
The base package includes up to 10 children.
Party Add-Ons
Additional Child — $28 each
The base package includes 10 children. You may add additional participants up to a maximum of 25 children.
Additional Hour — +$85
Available only for the 6:00–8:00 PM party time.
Extend your celebration until 9:00 PM.
Any remaining balance for additional participants or add-ons is due 48 hours before the party, once final details and headcount are confirmed.
All listed prices include applicable sales tax.
2. Refunds & Rescheduling
30+ days before your event:
Full refund minus a $100 booking fee.
Within 30 days of your event:
Payments are non-refundable, but we are happy to help you reschedule your party or apply the amount as a credit toward a future event.
You may move a confirmed party to another available date or time for a $25 rebooking fee.
3. What's included in your party
- All art materials and supplies
- Art activity and Celebration table setup and cleanup
- Free-draw birthday card station
- Private studio use during your scheduled party
- AAFA instructor(s) to guide the art experience
- Each child's finished artwork to take home
- Party package for up to 10 children
Additional participants are $28 per child, with a maximum of 25 children.
4. Party Timing
Each party is 2 hours:
- 10 minutes — Creative warm-up/birthday card station
- 60 minutes — Guided clay art project
- 35 minutes — Food, cake, gifts, and celebration
- 15 minutes — Cleanup
Every child takes home their finished clay creation — a special keepsake from a memorable birthday celebration!
Families may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to set up.
Please help us stay within the reserved time so that our team can prepare the studio for the next event.
You may purchase an additional hour for $85, available only for the 6:00–8:00 PM party, extending the celebration until 9:00 PM.
5. Decorations & Food
You are welcome to bring your own:
- Birthday decorations
- Food
- Cake or cupcakes
- Drinks
- Plates, cups, napkins, and utensils
- Goody bags
For safety and easier cleanup, please do not bring piñatas, glitter, or confetti.
AAFA provides:
- One approximately 4.5' × 6' celebration table, covered with a tablecloth
- An additional table for gifts or goody bags
You may bring your own tablecloth if you prefer.
Please note that the studio does not have a refrigerator or microwave available for party use.
6. Guests & Supervision
Parents are welcome to stay during the celebration. However, because studio space is limited, we encourage drop-off for older children when appropriate.
For children under age 5, the hosting parent may decide whether a parent or guardian must stay during the party.
Please remind guests to wear comfortable clothes suitable for art activities—creativity can get a little messy!
7. Final Confirmation & Communication
Approximately two weeks before your party, we will contact you to confirm:
- Final theme
- Estimated number of children
- Party time
- Add-ons, if applicable
- Any other important party details
